• Set up a new student-led subgroup “MSA EDI-for”, aimed to make the MSA a more inclusive space. • Hosted lgbtq+ walking tours, online events to help new students adjust to the city, and movie nights, reaching to over 50 students.• Developing podcasts and videos to provide students with a platform to express themselves and raise awarness on the diversity in the university.• Organised meetings, communicated and collaborated with other groups, and created social media content to raise awareness on the new society.

• Worked for 13 weeks across research, design, engagement, and project management in 5 varied projects and an interdisciplinary team. • Assisted in curating external podcasts and co-designing workshops for a research project on racial equity and the built environment. For this, I collaborated with internal EDI leads, developed participant profiles, created workshop plans, and was responsible for external outreach and engagement. Gained insights from architects and people of color about the impact of architecture on empowering communities.• Researched, identified, and wrote about the top trends that will impact the way the built environment functions utilizing the STEEP framework. This was followed by the design of a template which would be used to develop scenarios and understand their impact on different ARUP portfolios and regions. Understood the methods of scenario planning in design.• Designed workshop templates on Miro to enable Arup's 58 Skill Network leaders to think about and transform the future of the firms skills. The workshop ran over 8 weeks, and the Miro boards were well received with all groups engaging with all exercises.• Iteratively created and modified interactive InDesign templates for a large external client foresight project.• Assisted in the filming of "Regenerative Futures" - a short movie for the London Design Festival on a future sustainable London. Being on set gave me insight on the process of film making, but also taught me to adapt, remain calm, and enhanced my problem solving skills.

• Improving MSSA’s presence in the international and local community.• Providing a platform to share knowledge on culture and job opportunities worldwide.• Chair organiser of 4 day design summer camp for 10 architecture students. The camp is 100% funded by MSSA, and allows students to get involved and support RuralArtHub. • Teamed up with Dojoko and attended over 5 conferences on a wide plethora of topics.• Organised a research cafe for Architecture Students in Manchester and Bahrain as a collaboration with the Bahrain Higher Education Council, and the British council.• Collaborated with UOM drama society to design a set for their play “GunDog”.

• Selected to be in a group to improve student involvement in Manchester Metropolitan’s sustainable strategy. • Attended workshops on project research and presentation• Worked in a team and collaborated with other stakeholders to create engaging content on social media platforms. • Over 2200 people reached through each story put on the MMU Instagram page.• Presented a final proposal (which is still being implemented), to a panel of members from the University, and British Academy.
