Copy Center Coordinator
Current- Provides assistance in copying, scanning, printing, or filing to the attorneys and support staff
- Acts as liaison between the Director of Facilities and Office Services in the firm’s main branch in Baton Rouge and the New Orleans office
- Orders supplies and oversees five copy hubs around the office while adhering to a monthly budget
- Maintains six high speed multifunction devices (copy/scan/print) around the office; acts as liaison between the New Orleans firm and the outsourced companies responsible for the devices
- Manages the closed files and shredded materials sent to offsite storage and acts as liaison between the New Orleans firm and the storage facility
- Sorts and distributes incoming mail, faxes, and packages; prepares outgoing mail
