Program Manager
CurrentSr. PM with a region of nine (9) county safety automated enforcement programs for the DMV region developing and managing long-term relationships with the portfolio of clients in the law enforcement sector, local judicial system and school districts connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Serving as the single liaison between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our technology solutions according to client’s needs and contractual obligations. Establish, build trust, and good working client relationships by understanding our contractual agreements and deliverables as well as client's overall business goals and immediate needs. Report key performance metrics to client and organization. As well as collaboration and management of complex tasks. Manage and provide insights and articulate key actions needed for account success and give feedback. Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual program performance audits and analyze the results of those audits to improve the performance of each program. Manage and create Ad/Hoc reporting and provide data and statistics for press release preparation. Train clients on pulling data and take part in feedback sessions with the client. Perform data quality audits of programs and develop reports or new systems to improve the quality and usefulness of the data.
