Having previous experience as a Account Executive/Manager, I handled major client accounts and activity. I understand the importance of communicating, coordinating and fulfilling request within a timely manner. I focus on key areas of producing a high quality and productive quantity by taking the time to identify the customer's needs utilizing the 4c’s process. I helped to revamp sales with 3 different branches by using basic sales techniques *(L.A.C.E.), iLearn training, presentations, and seminars to enhance internal and external clients trust. I coordinated and negotiated several major fleet purchases and established a great business relationship with those clients.
