My role as Product Manager at DKSH was to identify, grow and build strategic key business opportunities in the functional and specialty ingredient segment within the Australian market in partnership with global ingredient manufacturers.Achievements-Sourced and managed product portfolio valued at $8M annually across functional, commodity & specialty ingredients from 15 global ingredient manufacturers-Developed & executed a growth strategy plan for key supply partners which resulted in 4% volume & 1.5% revenue increment annually-Lead an ingredient consolidation project in collaboration with 3PL partners to optimise storage & logistics cost which lead to annualised COGs savings of $190K

As the key product developer across value added produce segments, I was responsible for NPD innovation & category planning, concept development and lead new team members across the Fresh category.Achievements- Successfully developed and launched the range of snacking nuts range under the “Snack Pot & On the go” brand generating annual revenue of $30M - Technical lead for ingredient optimisation within the value added salad segment and through extensive and comprehensive tender process resulted in annualised COGs saving of $3 million- Developed and launched 20 new and innovative products in the value added salad segment which yielded total incremental annual sales of over $27M
