Work closely with the Content-catalog-deputy manager to manage the resource for content catalog enrichment for the category I lead.Review, Maintain, Control the content uploading/updating, approving SLA, SOP cross-functionally of the assigned category. Worked closely with Category Heads to improve the Content Quality. Manage and execute resources team under the given category for the content-related project that is part of content improvement (Data Cleaning, attribute, category, weight, warranty, return and refund, images, etc.) to improve content quality. Complete ownership of all the values related assigned category. Worked closely with seller managers, VMT, content deputy managers to raise, identify issues and enhance overall content-based projects, and also the part of UAT team for content on need basics.

1.Office Management Receipt and manage Information of the office and circulate ti to related persons and parties.  Provide messages, letters, documents, and correct information to the related stakeholders in time. Take responsibility for the communication system of the office. Ensure a strong internal control system. Logistical Management, Organizing events, and Staffs mobilization. Keep an update on the inventory list of the related organization. Keep proper confidentiality of the organization. Assist to Institution as per need. 2.Financial Management:Day-to-day update Financial and Administration activities. (i.e. Vouching with supporting, handling petty cash as per organization policy, updating records, Maintain Ledgers, verifying the stationery stock account and other books of accounts regularly.) Prepare monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & yearly financial reports including reconciliation as per the requirement of the management and funding agencies. Facilitate supervisor in planning and budgeting. Coordinate regular audit clearance when required. Ensure compliance with legal requirements including accounting, taxation, reporting and renewal of registration with government agencies. Implement the financial policy and operating procurements policy. 3.Program Management: Coordinate with Program Team in planning events, implicating programs. Support organizing events and campaign-related special days. Provide quality support to the program for quality implementation.
