This position requires me to field phone calls, transfer calls to appropriate attorney's offices, process deeds of reconveyance for clients (banks) and provide administrative assistance to George whenever needed.

This policy research project focused on minority contracting issues in Oregon. I sought to identify obstacles to small business/minority contracting success in the context of the construction industry. Included in the report is a case study on the TriMet Yellow Line project, which has become a national model for light rail construction contracting.

For this project, I created a comparability matrix for local jurisdictions to compare animal services statistics. The county was deciding whether or not to pursue Mandatory Spay/Neuter policy and this project provided a list of demographically comparable jurisdictions that already have the policy.

Professor Roberto De Anda was working on a book chronicling the life of the 20th century Mexican academic Ernesto Galarza, and I assisted with this research. I also worked as a teaching assistant in the classroom grading papers and providing students with writing feedback. I worked with Prof. De Anda preparing and polishing some articles he was getting ready to send for publication to a Sociology journal.

The duties in this position included customer service and sales.

Duties included responding to customer needs as well as supervising employees on a shift.
