Managed a high-volume backpacker lakeside bar and restaurant, where I helped organize nightly entertainment and events, created promotional and marketing materials, performed conflict resolution duties, and supervised and trained front-of-house staff.

Handled communications with both guests and general public for a 120-bed, 4-star beach resort. During the day I revamped their branding and website, created visual assets such as brochures and billboard advertising, while training bar and restaurant staff in the evenings.

Produced photo, video and audio content for Ford Motor Company Asia Pacific as a part of their in-house agency, for both internal and public use. Responsibilities often included travelling to on-site locations across the continent and directing local production crews.
