Problem Solver is the company name for a broker. This position requires New Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Dispatching, Logistics, Collections and Problem Solving. I was consistently between 3rd and 6th in the company every year in brokerage. I was promoted to Team Lead then to Sales Manager for the entire sales team.

At Blue Chip, my daily duties were estimating, preparing and presenting proposals for commercial asphalt and concrete repair projects. I had to manage and update all bid date for sales reports and present at corporate meetings. I interacted with vendors, customers, suppliers, sub-contractors, and homeowners on a daily basis.

I started off at Reading Rock as the local dispatcher where I was responsible for all 12 of the company drivers as well as the contracted, over the road drivers. My daily duties were to schedule all pick-ups and deliveries in the most efficient manner while accommodating the requests of our customers as much as possible. Then I was promoted to Project Management in the RockCast division. There I was in charge of multiple multi-million dollar cast stone projects. My checklists would range from estimating to phasing the project, to production scheduling, to product distribution. That project would be on my desk literally from Cradle to Grave.
