-Oversee 911 EMS and Fire Dispatch operations for a Joint Powers Authority dispatching center serving over 40 private and public agencies.-Strategic plan development and implementations-Budget development and management of expenditures-Ensure public-private services contract compliance-Management of partnership between public and private entities of diverse field-Report to seven member Board of Directors-Management of employees, Managers and Supervisors

- Oversee Secondary PSAP 911 Dispatch Center and EMS Logistics.- Development and implementation of Organizational Resilience Management Systems (ORMS) in accordance with ASIS International, ANSI, NFPA and FEMA standards.- Continuity of Operations Planning.- Development and maintenance of Emergency Operations Plans and procedures.- Medical Supply Chain Management.- Policy development and implementation. - EMS resource deployment planning.- Maintain performance compliance with operations contract requirements.- Monitoring and measuring benchmarks to ensure organizational performance.- Development and maintenance of department budgets.- Maintain ACE, CAAS and CAMTS accreditation requirements.

- Responding to medical emergencies.- Providing emergency medical care to sick and injured patients in the prehospital environment.- Performing emergency medical procedures in the field.- Filling ICS command positions.

- Responding to tactical situations as a member of local Law Enforcement SWAT Teams.- Providing care under fire, tactical field care and casualty evacuation of injured officers, victims and perpetrators during tactical operations.- Provide preventative care and medical advise under protocol for tactical team members.- Perform medical threat assessments before tactical missions.- Perform after action reviews after tactical medical operations.- Develop testing, training and exercises to improve skills of tactical team members.
