Role Overview:• Influence and mentor Unit Managers to understand the strategic direction of Supply Chain, the purchasing process, and the operation of the company systems.• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and site operators (approx. 600 sites).• Assisting major categories to deliver benefits to all clients nationally.• Assist building sourcing strategies to optimise buying power and deliver a range of products which are negotiated to the lowest net level to maximise business profitability and customer satisfaction while also building long term supplier relationships.• Assist in mobilising new sites and DIFOT of mobilisation orders and equipment.• Provide logistics support and assist in resolving supply issues.• Support business stakeholders with a commercial understanding of the marketplace and provide proactive insight to long term potential sourcing strategies.• Manage contract terms, execute extensions, variations, and terminations of legal contracts.
