Audit all procedure, policies, and documents in the organization nationally.· Manage and maintain the Quality Management System.· Prepare and conduct emergency evacuation procedure.· Conduct capturing and destruction of expired stock in keeping with regulations around medical devices.

· Make outbound customer calls.· Create, maintain, and update database of customers with complete information and emails.· Record outbound call history and customers response in detail.· Ensure customer follow-up meticulously.· Send or email product literature, brochures, catalogue, and other campaign material.· Monitor competitors’ products and services to create selling strategies for own products and services.· Respond to customer inquiries and resolve efficiently.· Refer customers’ needs or inquiries to appropriate departments like sales, marketing, administrative or other departments as needed.· Assist and support sales, marketing or other departments in handling customer requests and needs.
