In early 2022, I co-founded Arslan Fleet with my brother Chris, driven by a vision to transform vehicle rental via Turo. My venture into renting vehicles on Turo in 2021 led me to create a hands-off vehicle management system. Seeing the potential, Chris and I developed this into a passive income service for others. Our model is simple yet effective: we assist in acquiring and preparing vehicles for rental, then hand over management to our skilled partner rental managers. Our investors enjoy hassle-free returns, simply collecting checks at the end of each month.Rapid growth followed our launch, expanding our fleet to over 50 vehicles in less than a year and sparking key partnerships with local dealerships, registered agent services, and parking lot owners. I also innovated the "Arslan Fleet Dashboard," a real-time performance tracking tool for our clients and a robust organizational platform for our rental managers.Today, Arslan Fleet stands as a testament to efficient and profitable vehicle rental management. While we don’t directly manage the cars, our network of professional rental managers, utilizing our streamlined system, ensures top-notch service for our investors. In Denver alone, we have over 90 vehicles under our management system, showcasing the scalability and success of our approach.

I also developed an innovative sales tool—an organizational dashboard that tracked targeted prospects and significantly enhanced my team's sales performance. This tool was adopted nationally and became part of the training program for new hires due to its effectiveness in optimizing the sales process. My tenure at ADP was marked by both strategic prospecting and operational excellence, which earned national recognition for the impact of my contributions.

PRISM is a student-led advertising agency at Virginia Tech, made up of creative and strategic marketing professionals passionate about ideation and forward-thinking solutions. The team collaborates with faculty mentors and industry leaders to stay ahead of trends, driving innovation for their clients.As an Account Executive and Multimedia Team Lead at PRISM from October 2018 to December 2019, I was part of the team that developed a marketing campaign for Smithfield Foods. To keep our efforts organized, I introduced the "Goals Spreadsheet," which became a central tool in defining our objectives and deadlines. My role also involved collaborating with our social and analytics teams to develop a data-driven campaign strategy. Regular check-ins ensured our creative executions remained true to the strategy, and we presented the final campaign to Smithfield in a professional setting.

We also landed contracts with multiple sororities to photograph their formal events. Additionally, we successfully launched a website to generate e-commerce sales, expanding our reach and service offerings.

One of my proudest moments was teaming up with fellow interns to create the award-winning "Drivin' with Dunkin'" campaign during a six-week competition. This experience helped me develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic and high-stakes environment.

BlacJac Longboards was a family venture co-founded by my dad, Bob Arslan, my brother Chris, and me. The company started as a passion project focused on crafting high-quality, custom longboards. My dad, a mechanical engineer, applied his skills to design and build innovative boards from premium materials, and I had the opportunity to learn alongside him throughout the process.Together, we grew our company in Winchester, Virginia, and built a reputation for quality and craftsmanship in the longboarding community. My role involved designing two of our premier longboards, developing our brand identity, and managing our website. I also led promotional efforts, which helped generate over 4,000 active followers through grassroots social media campaigns. Our exposure through media outlets, like newspapers and television, along with our involvement in events such as the Red, White, and Blue Slide Jam, further cemented our presence and success in the industry.
