Every professional journey has a story, and mine is rooted in a defining moment that shaped my "why." In high school, I played football with one of my friends. Unfortunately, he was diagnosed with cancer, which led to the amputation of his leg, and later, he passed. At the time, I felt powerless—I wanted to support him and contribute to his fight, but I didn’t have the resources. Instead, I came up with an idea to create an event that could raise funds for his cause. That idea grew into the "Mascot Bowl," an event where mascots from prominent teams faced off against a youth football league. It became a community success, attracting partnerships with major brands like Chick-fil-A, the Salt Lake City Bees, BYU, the University of Utah, and Utah Valley University. Through this experience, I learned firsthand the impact of strategic planning, collaboration, and perseverance. Most importantly, I saw the power of community-driven initiatives and the ability to use business and event management to make a real difference. This experience fueled my passion for business and sports marketing. Since then, I’ve focused on building skills that allow me to work effectively in dynamic environments. From my role as Director of Student Business Management at Cedar Valley High School, I’ve developed a strong foundation in event planning, team leadership, and strategic thinking. Now, as I pursue my Bachelor's in Business at the University of Utah, I am dedicated to leveraging these skills to create meaningful experiences and drive positive outcomes.I’m detail-oriented, passionate, and driven by a desire to contribute to projects that make a real impact. I’m excited to connect with other professionals who are committed to creating positive change and exploring opportunities where I can bring my unique blend of skills, experience, and purpose to the table.
