Assisted the subrogation department in handling of liens and pursuit of accident information. Specific duties included reviewing all incoming and outgoing payments, adjusting worker's compensation claims, reviewing and forwarding restricted federal employee claims for adjustment and providing backup support for the subrogation call center.

Provided primary support to all clients including medical providers and patients regarding patient accounts, policies and claims. Duties included educating clients on available benefits and company practices, as well as safeguarding sensitive information with regards to HIPAA. This was a high call volume environment with a priority on professionalism and timeliness.
