Served as the Portsmouth (NH) Naval Shipyard (PNS) Supply Officer responsible for the reestablishment of the Supply Department at PNS and leads a department of 100+ civilians and military responsible for the supply support to industrial maintenance on US Navy submarines.

Managed over 130 civilians and military across nine discreet business units and ensured the highest levels of training, supply chain management, and foreign military sales support ▪ Established critical communication between Fleet Logistics Center and the Fleet Commander to ensure compliance with husbanding support policy changes ▪ Refined and optimized Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) sustainment strategy which was critical to enabling successful Western Pacific deployment

▪ Coordinated with three organizations to develop the first Logistics Standard Operating Procedure policy which defined roles for three organizations and was ultimately used as the model for LCS support ▪ Lead logistics planning for Western Pacific deployment, which included three crew swaps in theater▪ Analyzed LCS shipboard allowances and identified material support improvements which enabled more maintenance to be performed by LCS crews. Enhanced coordination between LCS Program Office, Naval Sea Systems Logistics Center, and Naval Supply Systems Weapon Systems Support yielding a vastly improved allowancing product.

▪ Deployed to Iraq for four months as Executive Officer of the DLA Support Team. Supervised over 70 personnel across four locations providing logistical support to US Forces-Iraq. Provided critical planning support for the drawdown of US forces and the transition to Department of State. ▪ Assigned by DLA Vice Commander to resolve discrepancies in the storage, distribution and acquisition of inventory which negatively impacted the schedule and cost of maintenance performed on a dry-docked submarine. Successfully decreased discrepancies and dramatically improved part support. Subsequently named DLA Field Grade Officer of the Quarter as a result of these accomplishments. ▪ Coordinated with executive-level leadership in order to increase partnerships and influence shipyard support strategy.

▪ Managed over 40 personnel and provided all food service, laundry, postal, and ship’s store services for more than 380 deployed sailors▪ Managed an inventory of more than 8,000 line items valued at over $10 million and provided all logistic support for the newest Cruiser in the Fleet as well as two aircraft▪ Responsible for an operating budget of $4 million, which was directed toward maximizing operational readiness during training cycle and deployment ▪ Managed the movement of over 100 personnel and three tons of cargo for the ship, embarked staff, and entire Task Force for 55 consecutive days in the Northern Arabian Gulf

▪ Provided superior coordination with 15 commands, and was instrumental in creating innovative maintenance and logistics processes in order to support a new ship class with limited personnel in a compressed time frame▪ Developed and effectively implemented an aggressive ordnance rotation plan which resulted in $3 million savings while increasing readiness by 20%▪ Created a plan which saved $500,000 through the redistribution of M-16 rifles across 65 ships
