I have been tasked with leading a team of 10 across two locations in support activity for the region. I am responsible for process improvement, efficiency audits, team building, and project management.

In my Project Management role I assist in directing a team of 50+, organizing projects, conducting training, follow up, and assisting in leadership and oversight. In this role I assist in managing all MDU (Multi Dwelling Unit) installations and changes for the entire region. This includes planning, execution, and follow up. In addition to MDU projects, i have been tasked with helping to direct 3 Major billing conversions. With these conversions i have been tasked with moving hundreds of thousands of accounts to new billing systems with minimal loss of data. I have garnered praise and recognition for the efficiency of these efforts. I have also been asked to oversee some other unique projects. One such project has the potential to generate over $1000000 in new revenue.

I was promoted to the position of Go To Person ( a leadership intermediary with some leadership responsibilities). In this role i was responsible for the duties inherent in my old role as well as some expanded responsibilities. These included coaching, organizing meetings, auditing records, asset management, and helping to decide the direction of a department. As part of a group of 3 representing as many as 50 individuals, we developed new policy that still stands as status quo.

I started as a Teleservice Rep, engaging in customer contact to ensure the best customer experience. Results of my duties included increases in contact rates, more valid truck rolls, and improved customer retention. In this role i quickly became a top performer scoring highest on the team in all measurable metrics. The business was directly benefited as a result. Due in part to my efforts, we were able to save well over $10000 per month in wasted capital.

I owned and operated a small cleaning business that specialized in commercial offices. My duties included all ownership responsibilities. I managed employees, inventory, and scheduling. I spearheaded efforts to grow the business. I managed payroll and accounting.
