Female Academy Manager (Part Time)

• Developed the Eastern Regional Girls Football League, building the competition from just 4 teams and 100 participants to a multitiered/divisional competition with over 165 teams and 2,000 participants.• Developed all aspects of the league from scratch, including establishment of the operational framework, finance and budgets, marketing, communications, branding, logos, people, and resource management.• Project managed the delivery of School programs across 235 Senior and Primary schools, providing the appropriate training and support to improve the quality of school engagement within the competitions• Rolled out a “Coach Education and Development” program that trained over 2,000 coaches. Facilitated Coach education for Level 2 coaches and facilitated Coach education programs for the region.• Rolled out the Auskick Centre programs, where participants could explore the world of AFL, building football skills and playing in a safe and super fun setting, to 4000+ participants per year.
