Social media engagement is now up by 266% and Facebook has grown from 3,000 to over 11,000 followers.• Grew apparel and merchandise sales from $300k to more than $500k.• Introduction of cutting-edge media offerings including full analytics for all senior matches, match highlights of every senior game and live coverage of senior football and netball.

Appointed to lead the day-to-day management and implementation of the Club’s Female Development programme to develop talented young players and their pathway the club and the wider AFL Women’s league.• Developed a clear and ambitious vision to lead the development of next-generation players, including the introduction of an Elite Pathway and High-Performance Program for females from scratch.• Brokered flexible academic support services from appropriate local providers, and developed and explored options with partner clubs, schools, universities and colleges, as well as within the wider AFL league.• Established player tracking information to monitor program performance and worked with all key stakeholders on developing individual player plans and daily training environments.• Identified and recommended appropriate specialist coaching staff for the Academy. • Oversaw and led the development of a core coaching structure for 10 coaching team. • Developed the Eastern Regional Girls Football League, building the competition from just 4 teams and 100 participants to a multitiered/divisional competition with over 165 teams and 2,000 participants.• Developed all aspects of the league from scratch, including establishment of the operational framework, finance and budgets, marketing, communications, branding, logos, people, and resource management.• Project managed the delivery of School programs across 235 Senior and Primary schools, providing the appropriate training and support to improve the quality of school engagement within the competitions• Rolled out a “Coach Education and Development” program that trained over 2,000 coaches. Facilitated Coach education for Level 2 coaches and facilitated Coach education programs for the region.• Rolled out the Auskick Centre programs, where participants could explore the world of AFL, building football skills and playing in a safe and super fun setting, to 4000+ participants per year. Supported Auskick Coordinators and centres in the delivery of their programs and volunteer and coach development for each centre.• Implemented, developed, and drove club volunteer education and support to 80 clubs, providing the appropriate training and support for club volunteers and administrators.• Introduced the first ever all abilities Auskick Centre for children with learning and intellectual disabilities, with specific focus on Autism.
