Regardless of whether you work in the public, private or not-for-profit sector, we're all linked in the same financial system where no one entity (or person) has the answer to the most pressing problems of today (a series of 'wicked problems' so to speak). I am passionate about systems that are people-made and see my main contribution is to help 1) surface questions and 2) take action to help transition people, organisations and the wider economic system towards a more sustainability focused outcome. Some of my career highlights include:• Teaching Sustainable Finance at the Cambridge Institute of Sustainable Leadership• Establishing a Global Partnership Function for a Fortune 500 company from scratch• Founding a Social-Impact Business focused on Mental Health in the Workplace. • Professionally mentoring and developing the hard and soft skillset of 20 directly managed employees (to-date; their success is my success) When I’m not theorising, strategising and/or executing on Joint Value Propositions and preaching 'Better Together' stories for different client problem sets, you can find me semi-stationary at a London playground with my daughter, increasing my repertoire of 'Dad Jokes' and trying to play my part in community-building.I'm always eager to connect with like-minded professionals.
