As a Product Safety & Certification Specialist at Tilemaster Adhesives Limited, I ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance. I work with multiple departments and external agencies to coordinate, conduct, and document product testing and certification processes, following the relevant industry regulations and best practices.I joined Tilemaster in 2021 as a Quality Control Technician. I leveraged my skills in data analysis, problem solving, and multitasking to monitor and improve the quality of our raw materials and finished products. I also trained and supervised other technicians, and contributed to several product development and innovation projects. I am passionate about delivering excellence and customer satisfaction in the tile adhesive and levelling compounds industry.
