Aaron is a consultant, trainer, and instructional designer who takes teaching tactics otherwise distinct to classrooms, and brings them into nonprofits, businesses, and other consultancies. With a Master of Science in Education from the University of Pennsylvania, Aaron weaves proven methodologies for growth and learning into everyday organizational workflows. Before starting the learning and development agency named Elynndí, Aaron was a high-school English teacher, a districtwide professional development coach, and strategic planning lead. In those adult-facing roles, his teacher toolkit was essential for designing staff trainings, mentoring colleagues, and informing high-level decisions. After all, it made sense that only the best teaching practices could shed new light on the workplace's hardest subjects: culture change, talent management, diversity and inclusion, and many more.This led him to wonder, "What would happen if more professionals ran their organizations like teachers run their classrooms?" Aaron began Elynndí to discover paradigm-shifting answers to this question, expanding the field of organizational development from the standpoint of a teacher.
