I design, analyze, and investigate closed and open loop hydraulic systems, active heave compensation control systems, riser anti-recoil systems, potable water supply and disinfection, wire rope mechanics, numerical simulations, and fluid dynamic studies. I have been involved in the design of the Discoverer Clear Leader class vessels as well as other high specification projects.
