M7-M12 Integration Project

I am currently employed in the role of Project Manager Civil within the Partners, Delivery and Risk team, supporting and managing planning projects for Transurban over various markets. In this role, I continue to provide strategic input and the management of key stakeholders in the concept and planning phases of projects.Supporting the development and delivery phase of a unique and innovative Unsolicited Proposal offering to the NSW Government with the delivery of widening enhancements to the M7 and M12 Interchange connecting local, state and federal infrastructure.

Successfully delivered civil projects over NSW assets in accordance with Transurban asset management systems. Committed to successful project outcomes with engineering-based capital maintenance projects where responsible for financial and scheduling performance, procurement, commercial management, HSE and risk management and stakeholder engagement.Managed a suite of major maintenance projects through initiation, planning and delivery in various high-risk and sensitive environments across the NSW asset portfolio. Provided site supervision to ensure quality objectives of the project were met while promoting high expectations in safe work practices across civil drainage, noise wall infrastructure and road furniture project exceeding $3M.

Oversaw commercial obligations and governance with the principal service provider, whilst providing support in sustained operational expenditure and the delivery of the annual works program.Provided quality surveillance as the client representative during the delivery of NorthConnex interface packages and M2 Integration hand-back transition.

Providing services to sustain, optimise and enhance major road infrastructure applying asset management efficiencies to seek alignment of maintenance activities in relation to the code of maintenance standards and deed requirements.Led initiatives that renegotiated upstream agreements and maintenance structure to represent greater coverage of the motorways, reduced intervention levels at the customer and uptake in additional services.

Tutor / Teaching Assistant for CIVL3805 - Project Scope, Time and Cost ManagementPresented new subject material to a class of 84 students throughout the academic semester. Encouraged student learning and skill development, promoting self-sufficiency and collaboration in understanding key concepts of project management.
