My mission is to leverage technology to create innovative solutions that enhance the spiritual growth of people in their pursuit of becoming more like Jesus. As the co-founder of Mina Metrics, a digital discipleship assessment tool for Christian institutions, I am excited to work with a team of passionate and talented professionals who share the same vision and values.In addition to my role at Mina Metrics, I also serve as the Executive Pastor at Heritage Christian Fellowship, where I oversee the support services, operations, and finances of the church. I have implemented lean six-sigma principles and practices to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the church's processes and systems. I have also used data analysis and technology to measure and monitor the church's performance and impact, and to identify areas of improvement and innovation. I enjoy working with diverse and dynamic people who are committed to serving God and growing the Kingdom.
