Success comes from using the most technologically advanced equipment, with a dedicated trainer using specialised programmes built around the customer’s needs. Everyone is unique and so should be the approach to their training.I am a great believer in good old fashioned hard work. I, like the majority of people, am not genetically gifted but over the years I’ve learned what really works. Whether it’s my level of fitness, physical development or just the way I look, I can make a change. I achieve this by a blend of the right nutrition, hard training and a love for health and fitness.I’m all for new ideas and I constantly focus on progression, but I am basically a traditionalist so for myself and with the people I train, I rely heavily on resistance work to bring about the required change, together with passion, energised and enthused training and a variety of cardiovascular approaches makes for more efficient results.If I was asked "what is the one essential piece of equipment for optimum results?" It would have to be an olympic bar and some weight discs, because there is an endless array of exercises and movements that can be performed to achieve one’s goals.How do I train to be the best I can be? I eat for my objective, which is to build lean tissue and minimise body fat. My training is a mixture of conventional resistance work alongside some real sadistic circuits both in and out of the studio.
