Frontiers in Sustainability/Frontiers in Climate/Frontiers in Water:• Sole specialist and therefore responsible for growth and development strategy of a new journal including partnership creation. • Project manage outreach campaigns to recruit potential editors and take them from proposal to completion • Handle full sales cycle – ensure CRM is updated from SQL to Closed, including onboarding, in order to meet monthly and annual targets• Budget Management - $27,000 annual waiver budget; commercially funded article collections ($17,000), ‘Open Citizen Science Data and Methods’ ($25,000) • Efficiently and effectively deal with a high volume of emails on a daily basis• Engage, recruit and maintain a strong and active editorial board (Review Editors, Associate Editors and Guest Associate Editors)• Commissioning Research Topics and manuscripts submissions• Communication with high-level academics, Chief Editors and industry specialists to launch peer-review article collections.
