I’ve always dreamed of changing the world in a big way. When I was a grad student studying physics, I thought I’d leave my legacy by inventing some ground-breaking new technology. But then I got the “perfect” R&D job and something surprising happened: working with lasers wasn't nearly as interesting as leading a team. At first, I thought it was an anomaly (because, let’s be honest, few things in life are more interesting than lasers), but over time it was clearly a trend. So, I shifted my career focus from photons and electrons to people and organizations and never looked back. Now, I’m making my mark by leading teams through challenging, uncertain times.
