All my life, I've carried a big heart on my sleeve, always looking forward to helping people and putting a smile on their face. This is why I decided to enroll in the SSW Program at Loyalist College, which I'm currently attending my last year. My working career started 22 years ago and in my 1st 16 years I worked in a family Restaurant business. Over that time I learned the basic skills needed in giving our customers the 100% satisfaction they deserved. I achieved this by being loyal, honest, friendly/outgoing, and doing whatever I could to please the customer. I always made sure that I kept everything consistently the same. This was managed by keeping things clean/well organized, being able to multi task and prioritize accurately/efficiently and keeping our food at the highest level possible.
