About Aaron Bird Bear

Retired in January 2023 as the inaugural Director of Tribal Relations at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. The Tribal Relations position works to strengthen relationships and facilitate communication between the 12 First Nations of Wisconsin and UW-Madison to promote alignments between First Nations interests and priorities and UW-Madison programming, research, and outreach.
