Joined Aparium Hotel Group to open Daxton – a 151 key $70M new build luxe lifestyle hotel in one of Michigan’s most affluent business and residential communities. Oversight of all operations, including a 90 seat three meal period restaurant and eighty seat lobby bar. Eight thousand square feet of flexible banquet space, including ballroom seating for events of up to 300 attendees. Hotel is home to over 400 pieces of original art.

Responsible for all hotel operations of the 45 Room, ninety-five year old Fort Collins iconic property located in the Historic Old Town, as well as owner-tenant relations with five retail lessees, including three food & beverage outlets, a locally owned cafe, and a spa.

Opening General Manager for 112 room independent upscale, full service property in downtown Boise.Opened January 2017, I was responsible for the pre-opening budget, team-building, market positioning, and programming. The Inn at 500 Capitol is the 2nd hotel opened under the guidance of Obie Development Partners. The first, The Inn at the 5th, in Eugene Oregon, set the bar for combining intimate, intuitive service and upscale, exciting surroundings in a vibrant Pac-North community.Boise, recognized as one of the most livable cities in the US, is home to burgeoning technology, medicine, and educational market segments. The Inn offers the finest hotel accommodations and dining in the city accompanied with authentic flavor and insightful programming. With respect to dining, the Inn is especially proud to partner with Richard Langston and his newest venture, Richard's. With over 20 years of serving the Boise community in progressively larger venues, Richard makes the leap in December to his most personal space yet, sharing the first floor of the Inn, and offering complete food & beverage service, including Room Service and Catering.

The Portland Harbor Hotel is the only AAA Four Diamond property in the historic Old Port District of Portland, considered the "Foodiest Small Town in America" by Bon Appetit Magazine.In 2015, operations will extend to Great Diamond Island's Inn at Diamond Cove, formerly the most significant barracks at historic Fort McKinley.

Topnotch Resort & Spa is a AAA Four Diamond property encompassing 120 acres, a 70 room hotel, 50 resort homes, an all-day restaurant, an après-ski gastro-pub, 30 treatment room Spa, 10 court Tennis Center, 3 pools, and 10,000sqft of function space. It employs roughly 150 full and part-time employees in season, with nine executive committee members that reported to me directly.

Opened Four Season's second minor market business hotel overseeing all operational departments, including Rooms, F&B, Engineering, Spa, and Security. During the pre-opening process led multiple daily strategy meetings with contractors & ownership, and hotel departmental managers to ensure that corporate design & construction goals were met while on-site hotel operations and staff training commenced. Successfully opened both early and under budget.Responsible for the day to day running of the hotel and representing Four Seasons to guests, employees, and ownership in the absence of the General Manager. Researched, implemented, and reviewed all annual operating & revenue budgets. I responded to all comment cards, website comments, daily glitches, guest injuries and accidents. The hotel is the first AAA Five Diamond Award winner in Missouri.

Successfully opened Four Season's first minor market business hotel. Recruited and trained 120 employees, 4 department heads and 8 assistant department heads overseeing Laundry, Valet, Housekeeping, Reservations, Communications, Guest Services, Front Desk, and Spa operations. Awarded 4 Star accreditation by Mobil for 2007, and recommended for 5 Diamond Award by AAA for 2008. Responsible for revising corporate job descriptions and policies & procedures for application in this specific business model. Implemented and managed an opening task critical path containing over 2500 action steps.
