As you can see I have been mostly in the food industry since I turned 16. I believe that it is now time to start to move into a career that will produce an income that will make life a bit easier. So I was sitting around and listening to the GREAT Donald Trump. I got the idea that I wanted to start investing in Real Estate. The returns that people make are amazing. Any given year people can make more money in real estate than anywhere else. Looking around the country Nashville looked like the area ready to be on the upswing. Looking at the prices of houses and being able to make the same money here as I did in Seattle was a big plus. So, I have been down here two months and in the first 45 days I have made at least $16,000 on my first purchase. I am currently looking to buy a property that in the end will have 16 units. Where else but Nashville can you come from a high school job into living financially free? As I continue doing deals and looking at properties I would like to meet people who want to get into the real estate market whether very knowledgeable or not. I would like to meet people to learn from or partner in on a deal. I think that is what real estate is about is sharing the knowledge. With so many properties out there, there is definitely enough to go around.Specialties: I know how to run the numbers of whether a property is going to make money or not. I am currently working on running the day to day of income properties. If this deal works out I will be collecting rents, showing properties and everything else that pops up along the road.
