Ensure all properties stay compliant with all local, state and federal regulations. • Provide maintenance and capital budgets for all properties under the Lawyers Development Corporation. • Responsible for hiring all maintenance personnel.• Manage software and distribute utility bills for condominium association at Leveque Tower. • Review all utility bills under Lawyers Development for irregularities in operational cost and energy consumption.• Provide MEP budget estimations on all ongoing and future Lawyers Development projects.• Provide due diligence reports on future real estate transactions.• Provide design solutions for MEP infrastructure and TI needs.• Oversee construction bid process and negotiate all MEP work with contractors. Provide and sign all necessary documentation for MEP construction.
