International Marketing Coordinator
Current- Managing international marketing materials (Sales Plan, IMP, VLP), creating international sales tool (price list, forecast sheet template) and assisting in toy show coordination
- Work with GBT’s (Global Brand Team) closely and attend GBT’s bi-weekly call to keep track of all marketing, product update for the brands
- Create international 3rd party version of Sales Plan and IMP (Integrated Marketing Plan)
- Set up meeting with external distributors and liaison with distributors’ marketing team and walk them through brand updates
- Create and update International 3rd party version of VLP (Visual Line Plan) to make sure it reflects the latest change of the line
- Create and update price list and forecast sheet template on regular basis to ensure distributors have accurate info (Sales number, pricing, packing data, FOB avail ship date, etc.)
