TTE is one of the UK’s leading providers of health-based interventions for children and young people. TTE are also specialists in developing programmes and training to public sector, private sector, schools and third sector organisations.As senior project support officer I take a leading role on several of our research and evaluation projects. This includes the design of the project, data collection, analysis and reporting of results. I have worked on projects which have used qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods approaches, including: analysing data from a longitudinal research project on young people’s mental wellbeing throughout secondary school, researching adolescent self-harm in order to develop an early intervention screening tool to detect at risk young people, conducting JSNAs for local authorities and impact assessments for third sector organisations. In addition to this I have several administrative roles for several projects I manage with schools across the UK. This includes the administration of an award-winning early intervention programme, working with Public Health teams to deliver a universal offer relating to the protective behaviours approach and the provision of a complete scheme of work to support schools with their new statutory requirements to Relationships, Sex and Health Education (RSHE).

I was a part-time youth worker at St Mary's Primary school after-school club. My main role was to engage the children in sports and other activities in general. This often involved leading groups of children in activities and teaching them new sports. During my time working I received many positive comments from parents stating that their child preferred after-school club since I had started working there. This job helped me to gain skills which included the ability to plan and deliver engaging sessions and helped me to improve my skills with working with young people generally.
