My professional journey commenced as an intern at Palmyra Area School District, where I collaborated closely with Technicians and Networking Administrators.   I oversee technology inventory and management for a public school district encompassing over 3,500 students across six distinct facilities. My responsibilities include the administration of mobile devices and computers through JAMF software, ensuring oversight of Apple software installations, updates, and configurations. Additionally, I leverage Apple Configurator for the systematic management, recovery, and installation procedures specific to iPadOS devices. I possess expertise in conducting comprehensive repairs on Apple MacBooks, iPads, and other Apple-centric devices. Furthermore, I have supported significant district initiatives such as the deployment and configuration of state-of-the-art IP Phones. Additionally, I managed the installation of advanced software solutions in two dedicated computer labs using FOG software, including the development and customization of images.
