Aaron serves as the President and CEO of Jordan Hope Center, a non-profit counseling center in Huntsville, AL. He works with couples and families to help them achieve their maximum potential in their relationships. His passion is to strengthen marriages and to give them the tools to navigate the challenges of life together.

Aaron plans, directs, or conducts engineering and experimental development on innovative concepts and emerging technologies for miniaturizing embedded electronics. His work necessitates a fundamental knowledge of electronics design theory, high frequency applications, digital signal processing, advanced packaging techniques, board assembly materials, processes, and reliability. Specific and unique knowledge and expertise in the following areas is required: 1) impedance, noise, and inductance of signals and interconnects; 2) thermal management and stress; 3) low-power design impacts and considerations; 4) advanced electronics packaging/manufacturing techniques and processes including but not limited to Surface Mount Technology (SMT), Multichip Module (MCM), 3D Packaging, Bare Die, Flip Chip, and Wire Bonding. Special knowledge and expertise is needed in the areas of high-performance computing, field-programmable gate array (FPGA) design, low-power design, and component and system-level miniaturization in order to develop creative and resourceful techniques to provide solutions to electronics challenges and performance shortfalls.

Aaron works with adult and adolescent patients seeking inpatient treatment for substance abuse. Responsibilities include group therapy and individual therapy addressing issues related to substance abuse and working a plan of recovery after discharge. In addition, Aaron leads a chronic pain management specialty group. This group focuses on the management of chronic pain issues without the use of narcotics.
