Responsible for identifying, signing and managing the careers of recordings artists, record producers and songwriters. Involved in most aspects of an artist's career including negotiating the deal, budgeting for recording sessions, choosing songs for an album, setting up songwriting collaborations, looking for outside songs and cover ideas, choosing and hiring record producers & mixers, choosing the mix, sequencing the album, strategizing, conceiving and implementing marketing, promotion & new media campaigns, choosing and liaising with booking agents, publicists, video directors, image consultants, photographers, managers and attorneys.Involved in helping to a create digital strategy and accompanying assets for a cohesive artist campaign.

Supporting A&R managers and all A&R administrative tasks.. Specific responsibilities included office duties, helping to scout new bands, artists, and music, as well as attending shows and acting as a liaison between the A&R rep and the record label.
