Worked with fellow Village Director to facilitate basic camp operations. Scheduled afternoon activities and determined what staff members would lead the activities. Facilitated all camp games and activities. Directed special worship services. Collaborated with rest of leadership team at other sites to provide programming on weekends for staff. Visit with staff to ensure camper satisfaction.

Directed lifeguard staff and supervised all waterfront activities. Responsible for general upkeep of waterfront. Collaborated with leadership team to program special activities at the waterfront.

Along with two fellow Technical Directors, managed a team of 16 students to ensure that events ran smoothly. Responsible for the entire Manestage area including repairing and upgrading the equipment. Coordinated staff scheduling to ensure that every event is adequately staffed.

Supervised staff of five for the outdoor pool and lakefront areas. Directed weekly in-service trainings. Responsible for cleanliness of pool and locker room areas and maintained chemicals. Performed lifeguarding duties.

I was in charge of the lights and sound for the events in the Lion's Pause Manestage.
