my career started in 1990 at the British American Insurance Bermuda as an Life Agent. they taught me the art of Sales. I excelled in my rookie year. i was fourth world wide in sales. i worked tiresly for achievements such as agent of the month and came close to agent of the year. i was than noticed by one of my clients at the former Sonesta Beach Resort. i was asked to come on board in the Food n Beverage Department to rescue an revive their Night Club. i was excited for the opoortunity to start a career in Hospitality so i accepted. i started by researching who i can hire as my DJ. than i created a new ad campaign advertising on radio n by print adds. we opened our doors n was over whelmed on our grand opening not realising that so many people would attend we had three very sucesdful years. throught out my tenure as an outlet manager i also worked days as an assistant Manager in Housekeeping these rolls kept me extremly busy holding down two fulltime posts in two diffrent departments in the same day. After three years in hospitality i had the itch for the business sector again i applied to an add at Colonial Insurance as a financial Consultant. i rocked that interview and was litterly given the job on the spot. i continued in this roll achieving consultant of the month on numerious occasions and was rewarded with an award in The Ritz Hotel in London. visiting the Ritz was definately an awesome experience in Hospitality. i never stopoed looking for self development and was rewarded with a career at Hardell ltd as an Marketing Manager. this is were i started to fully encompas my sales an Hospitality experiences together. today i am the co owner of the same Company.
