Management of construction activities within the Capital Projects Automation Team.

Management all aspects of small to medium size construction projects and maintenance work on several industrial and commercial sites around Gladstone. Activities including initial design, acquiring permits, submitting budget estimates/quotes, creating a project budget, scheduling/planning construction activities and overseeing field operations. Direct personnel operations, conduct hiring, manage staff and provide training. Schedule/planning of subcontractors to work in with client activities.

Corfield’s Electrical Project Manager, as a Tier 1 Contractor to Bechtel on GLNG Permanent Buildings. My duties included implementation and compliance of site specific HSE requirements, acquiring work permits, submitting variations, creating a budget, Quality Assurance compliance/acceptance, scheduling construction activities, purchasing (procurement compliance with project specifications) punch listing /verification of installed equipment and overseeing field installations. Direct supervision, conduct hiring, manage staff and provide training.
