Technologist/Paint Formulator in the paint and coatings industry with over 5 years of experience in paint Formulation/R&D and Quality Control. My primary focus involves developing and improving product formulations as well as supporting the production process.I also actively contribute towards the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System with a solid foundation in document control, SOP writing, and internal quality audits.Using my proficiency in lean management techniques, I've successfully implemented strategies to minimize waste and boost the efficiency of processes within both the laboratory and the production plant, most notably a 33% process time reduction in a key production process using the A3 problem solving method.Currently pursuing a BSc in Quality at ATU Sligo to further develop my skills in Lean, Six Sigma, and Quality Management Systems. This journey includes a hands-on Six Sigma Green Belt project which will allow me to apply the theoretical knowledge I have gathered and refine my project management skills that were acquired through the LCS Level 1c.
