My greatest curiosity is exploring innovative ways in designing and delivering a truly impactful learning experience. Most learning experiences are a dry combination of passive education and uninspiring monotony. It doesn’t need to be and shouldn’t be that way! A truly impactful learning experience integrates a variety of learning modalities (visual, tactile, auditory, or kinesthetic) and are applied through a variety of instructional technology (i.e., AR/VR, peer learning, flipped classroom, role play, skits, scavenger hunts, gamification). It too places the learner first in the experience. The outcome is to reignite student's enthusiasm for learning.For over 15 years, I’ve used this same philosophy when curating top-rated (A+ marks from Bloomberg Businessweek) career education programming at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University six years in a row as well as highly ranked (top 3 global program from Financial Times) leadership development curriculum in the Stanford Executive Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
