Worked with a range of private equity and venture backed companies to role out new lines of business, merge teams and operational systems in an acquisition, launch E-Commerce platforms and build systems to improve profitability + unit economics. High growth companies ranging from Ecommerce startups to a tech-focused, brick & mortar WeWork competitor, all ranging from 25-200+ employees.

Acquired in 2023. Designed and built the operations + team that enabled the doubling of company revenue and reach into 7 geographical markets. Managed operations, Systems development, occupied partial CFO responsibilities, managed our HR Department, team of 30+ installers and facilitated the sale of the company with our CEO, David Dygowski, to Rotunda Capital Partners. The path to get there:- Codified our installation process, compensation structure and management systems that together with a rollout of new systems resulted in a 34% increase to our labor efficiency.- Engineered a quasi-MRP system which aggregates Bill of Materials, calculates against Inventory and autogenerates POs for our vendors. The same system also allows management to compare forecasted material usage against real time material efficiency of our crews. A must for for scaling multi-site operations and managing cashflow.- Engineered an inspection form that autogenerates a customer proposal, Bill of Materials and Work Order which ties into a KPI dashboard, CRM and autogenerates Salesperson paystubs.- Developed a variance analysis tool and cashflow forecaster based on real time data, built and rolled out a KPI dashboard which is live at all 7 locations. Used by all levels in the organization to measure company results against forecasted targets and measure both departmental and team performance across the company.- Other items include: codified our installation process into an install manual and over 30 training videos, managed a fleet of over 40 vehicles, developed and implemented our Manager in training program, increased our employee retention rate by over 40%.
