With over 30 years of experience in manufacturing, I am a passionate leader who strives to deliver operational excellence, process improvement, and customer satisfaction. As the Director of Manufacturing at Ashland, I oversee the production, quality, safety, and maintenance of our plants, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. I lead a lean management production system, drive continuous improvement, and cost reduction initiatives across the organization. Previously, I was a Site Manager at Ashland, where I managed the daily operations of a plant with over 200 employees, driving productivity, efficiency, and record safety performance. I have also held various roles in maintenance, production, and tolling management at Ashland, International Specialty Products, and General Electric Silicones, where I gained valuable skills in project management, engineering, and problem-solving. I am a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and I enjoy collaborating with diverse teams, learning new technologies, and developing innovative solutions. My goal is to leverage my expertise and experience to support Ashland's mission of creating value for our customers, shareholders, and communities.
