Aaron has experience of dealing with a wide range of commercial property matters including working on multi-million pound development and regeneration projects and acting for investors (some of which are household names) in their acquisition and portfolio management work. Aaron acts for a number of prominent house builders on all types of property development work and also deals with secured lending and restructuring work where he also acts for a number of banks. Aaron's clients also include a number of international companies where he deals with all aspects of their property interests in the UK. Aaron's expertise also includes advising on planning matters including planning agreements and planning enforcement issues.The Legal 500 2015 edition says that Aaron displays "a lot of experience, energy and commitment".
