1. Responsible for end-to-end supply chain, includes international freight management, customs declaration (import/export), warehouse operation, domestic distribution, Chinese regulation(CN Certificate Labe & CN sewing label), repairing service;2. Align the requirement with department stakeholder and roll out it through supply chain channel;3. Design & implement stand operation procedure and keeping sustainable improvement to ensure operation efficiency and accuracy; Building up a strong logistics network to sustain operation performance;4. Smooth communicating with other business department to deal with changes, exceptions and other operation challenges;5. Regular performance review with team and service provider. Identify opportunity, analyzing root cause and lead corrective / preventive action to minimize operation risk;6. Developing yearly supply chain strategy and setting goal which is in line with organization’s development;7. Making budget and keep rolling tracking on supply chain expense, finding out opportunity in operation, transportation and consumable management to achieve cost saving;8. Co-ordinate with “Market Supervision Administrator” to settle consumers' complain; Drive and support cross functional projects to achieve other business goals;

1. Internation freight management from global factory to China Distribution Center;2. Trade compliance management, includes import, export and Chinese labeling;3. Multi-Distribution Center setting up and management(Shenzhen / Shanghai);4. Standardize operation procedure, system strategy and reporting system to provide full visibility on operation efficiency and accuracy;5. Facilitate S&OP process, rolling update supply plan according to market and sale forecast; align production plan and supply plan with global factories and forwarder;6. Responsible for inventory health management, minimize slow moving and obsolete stocks;Support new product launch by working together with Market and Sales team;7. Keep resilience of storage and transportation during holiday season, reserve operation and storage capacity for promotion activities;8. Monitor Order to Cash process;9. Regular performance review with venders to maintain outstanding result and improve operation efficiency and effectiveness continuously;

1. Leading operation of Coach Asia Distribution Center, include supply's sourcing plan, warehouse operation, inventory manage, Value added service, etc.;2. Be in charge of freight management & customs declaration for inbound, outbound, import shipments and HK detour;3. Execute newness shipping plan and replenishment for overall retail and wholesale in Asia, Middle East and China;4. Operation and transportation vendor performance management to achieve best operation KPI and other requirement in safety, productivity, delivery lead time , quality control and cost management;5. Keep refreshing SOP and ensure essential requirements are applied by SOX audit, Trade Compliance, Safety, Security, Customs' audit;6. Lead and facilitate improvements associate with logistics' service provider (in terms of costs, efficiencies, lead time saving);7. Diverse business project supporting to achieve organization’s priority;8. Drive and implement regular bidding and offer constructive proposal with effective evaluation;9. Maintain efficient liaison between DC, "Asia In-Country Hub"(HK/SG/MY/TW/KR) and other functional Business Units to support business initiatives;
