I’ve been riding this roller coaster called entrepreneurship since 2017 when I decided that I wanted to be in control of my career successes or failures, rather than someone else deciding for me. My journey has led me to starting two companies - both in the business of connecting people, providing convenience, and ultimately leaving users and customers with a better experience than they've have had in the past. Roomaters is a mobile app marketplace that helps connect potential roommates based on their commonalities and compatibility. Building an app as a non-technical founder has been quite the challenge, but I’m proud to say that we’ve launched the Beta in the South Florida region and are growing quickly! (currently looking for angel investors and advisors with experience in mobile apps; real estate prop tech; ed tech and social platforms) While developers were building the app, I fell into the travel industry working as a part-time travel agent. This glimpse into the industry reignited my passion of traveling with friends, experiencing new places and enabling others to go on vacations they’ve dreamed about. Within a year I created Vacay Vibes - hospitality and travel agency focused on creating group vacations and retreats.
