Essential Functions and Responsibilities1. Ensures each loan file is properly handled from the time of processing and document preparation through the time of funding for commercial, consumer and real estate loans.2. Performs audit of loan packages prior to funding to ensure stipulations are met and loans are within compliance and recommended NCUA guidelines.3. Prepares documents through our loan origination system in conjunction with our e-signature provider for MFC closings.4. Prepares loan packages and funds small commercial loans.5. Must accurately utilize multiple loan origination and document preparation systems.6. Effectively works pipelines to completion in a timely manner within service standard guidelines using e-signature, secure email, fax or mail.7. Accurately funds consumer and real estate loans for all delivery channels.8. Maintains an on-going professional relationship with attorneys, appraisers, other vendors and dealerships.9. Accurately verifies income to include basic tax returns.10. Maintains a strong working relationship with other departments within the Credit Union.11. Adheres to Credit Union and team service standards at all times.12. Adheres to all security policies and procedures.

Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesUnderstands and individually contributes to the implementation of the center’s growth plan.Assists the member in evaluating their current and future financial goals by conducting quality Full Financial Checkups to provide solutions with Credit Union deposit products and services.Ensures consistent adherence to Credit Union member service standards throughout every member-owner interaction, including basic problem resolution.Interacts professionally with other departments within the Credit Union.Maintains integrity and confidentiality when handling member’s accounts.Adheres to all Credit Union and security policies and procedures.Performs account maintenance transactions as requested.Performs all member service operations, including new accounts opened for contact and initializing start of relationship building with knowledge, products and services that will benefit the member.Researches and resolves account issues, elevating to problem resolution team as necessary.Provides information on all loan products to member-owners, including mortgages, service agreements and insurance.Provides information on all deposit products to member-owners.Processes Business Services requests accurately and efficiently including business service loan requests and processing.Manages loan and deposit pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and cultivates leads into successes.Understands IRA process and products offered. Opens and provides maintenance for all IRA accounts.Processes all loan requests and reviews credit needs for further loan opportunities to benefit the member.Processes and opens all specialty accounts when needed.Develops leads for Business Development, Business Services and Business Partner Relations.Evaluates all loan reports and new member reports for accuracy and cultivating relationships.Understands audit procedures and the importance of maintaining the integrity of audit guidelines.
