Currently working for the DWP, I am tasked with calling customers to process their Universal Credit Claims, so they are paid accurate and in time. The role involves being organised, attention to detail and being empathetic. I have also been given the extra role to delegate the work to the Administration Team, and lead when the Line Manager is not in.I have created Stat sheets with Excel, to keep track on what everyone is completing, and then feedback to the management team.

I worked in a call center for a utility company, where I was the first point of contact for members to report faults on home phone and broadband. Using TalkTalk, BT systems and problem solving skills to help diagnose faults and if need be reporting them to the second line team.A typical day can range from troubleshooting ADSL, FTTC, PSTN systems, to help sorting Wi-Fi and email issues.
