My main function here at CCBC is to sell our cars, trucks, and SUV's. I do this through fielding walk-in traffic, prospecting, answering incoming phone calls, setting appointments, follow-up, and customer retention. I am expected to be an expert in the automobile industry. There is constant training with the new innovations and I am to be familiar with our competition. I am an expert negotiator in every facet of a sale, such as holding gross profit in initial price, settling on interest rate, optimizing the purchase of our clients vehicles, and lastly I am an expert closer. Along with my responsibilities as a sales person I am a member of our internet department. Being on the internet team I am essentially on call; I answer incoming leads at all hours. Once I receive the lead I initiate contact in a host of ways: personal video's, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, emails, texts, and phone calls.

To drive sales through prospecting, walk-in traffic, phone-ups, internet leads, and customer retention. I tried to maintain my closing ratio that was usually in the 30% range.

I fulfilled all the needs of the store and district to maximize profit through selling, sales training and role playing, merchandising, product knowledge, following marketing guidelines, creating events by working with the mall management, loss prevention, book keeping, analyzing business reports, recruiting the right associates, and training. When at other stores I focused on recruiting and training to get stores on track. I trained many associates to a promotable level.

My main duty was to drive sales in frames, lenses, cleaning products, warranties, and credit applications. I did so by training the opticians on their sales presentation and when during the sale to focus on certain CEI's that the company monitored. Along with sale's, I was to ensure properly filled prescriptions; that the manufacturing of the lens were within tolerance. I also coordinated with the lab and Doctor's office to deliver an excellent customer experience.

My job was to maximize the profitability of my store for the overall benefit of the Aldo Group. I did so by driving sales(I did this by honing my own sales skills and constant sales training/role playing with my team), maintaining a capable sales staff, to have a working knowledge of men's and women's shoe fashion, to posses a knowledge of shoe construction, enforcement of company standards, impeccable merchandising, mall marketing, I created a customer book of our top clients, initiated and facilitated a shoe repair program for our store, maintained the facility, loss prevention, and book keeping.
