CurrentManage the day-to-day production activities of the plant by providing direction and leadership to production employees• Promote safety awareness and compliance by maintaining a safe and clean working environment for all plant employees and visitors• Monitoring main equipment performance in order to ensure the required production and performance targets• Ensuring accuracy of production figures• Optimizing inventory and usage of raw materials according to operational needs• Promoting a positive attitude in the work environment, while enforcing group policies and providing feedback• Work overtime when available to assist in meeting production goals• Personally assist in plant maintenance when required and appropriate
